Waste Watch organised the first Talk, Walk, Taste event in Shepherd Bush together with The Mini Cooking Club. This was a free event to encourage people to discover the food scene and local seasonal produce. Participants got the opportunity to meet the food producers and sellers, who provide plenty of insight into their locally-sourced produce. Time Out magazine posted on their blog.
Waste Watch has invited The Mini Cooking Club to be the caterer for this event. All of the ingredients we use were 100% organic for our vegetarian menu.
